From the Principal's Desk

Dear ,

As we embark on the return to face-to-face instruction on Monday, Oct. 19, our school is committed to providing quality education for every student we serve — whether our families choose to have instruction delivered virtually or in person.

Students, teachers, principals, and administrators have responded together with strength, flexibility, and innovation – that is the HISD Way.

Please be patient with us next week as we adjust to a new routine for the second six weeks of classes. With your support, we are certain that we can give all our students the best learning experience.

Face-to-face families: Please read the following letter, which contains an important safety update.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Day

PS: Please help us reach a 100-percent response rate on the district's socioeconomic form. Go to HISD Connect's Parent Portal, click on Forms, and submit your responses. Thank you!

Fundraising Reminders

Our school is an International Baccalaureate (IB) school thanks to the generous contributions of parents over the years. The IB program is funded entirely by Wharton's PTO, and each year we need to raise $43,000 to cover its costs. Since we can't hold our largest fundraisers this year, we need your help more than ever!
