Our Fall Festival is back! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 21 for an evening of games, food, carnival fun, and a spooky haunted house.


Fall Festival Entrance
The pedestrian entrance to the festival will be on Columbus St. The festival will take place on the fields, bus lanes, teacher parking lot and the Columbus St. driveway. Concessions will be in the cafeteria, and the Haunted House will be accessible through the cafeteria/courtyard. 


Parking is not available on campus during the festival this year. We encourage you to walk, share a ride or use our satellite parking option at Carnegie Vanguard High School. Limited street parking will be available, but please do not park in neighboring business' parking lots.


Parking monitored by a security guard will be available at Carnegie Vanguard High School's parking garage (1501 Taft Street) just a few blocks away from the main event at Wharton DLA.


Food & Drink

Food Trucks: We'll have La Pasadita Tacos y Mas and Kona Ice on site. Purchases can be made directly with these vendors, and they will be giving a percentage back to Wharton Dual Language Academy PTO.

Concessions: We will also have concessions available to purchase with tickets. Concessions will include pizza, hot dogs, sausage-on-a-stick, popcorn, drinks and more.

Fall Festival Tickets & All You Can Play (AYCP) Wristbands

Pre-ordered tickets and wristbands were delivered to your oldest child's classroom on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, so please check your student's backpack. If you did not receive your pre-ordered tickets, please pick them up at the PTO table at Fall Festival.

Tickets will be available to purchase in 10-packs on the day of the event. Forms of payment accepted will be:

  • Cash
  • Credit or debit card through Membership Toolkit (MTK)
  • Zelle

Fall Festival Tickets

Ticket 10-packs can be purchased for food, games, and activities. We recommend starting with a minimum of 20 tickets per child. 


Back this year: All You Can Play (AYCP) Wristbands 
AYCP wristbands will be sold for a limited time ONLY. Bands will be available for pre-purchase through October 13, 2023. The bands give you unlimited access to all games and the haunted house. Separate tickets are required for food items and some speciality activities.




Do you have a business, organization, or group in Houston? This is your chance to market your business to hundreds of Wharton families and community members! Become a sponsor or market vendor at Wharton Dual Language Academy’s 2023 Fall Festival market and get your name out in front of hundreds of local families while supporting educational programs. 


What's in it for sponsors? Each sponsorship level comes with tremendous perks like being recognized using your name and/or company logo on the Fall Festival Thank You banner displayed after the festival and being recognized in the marketing leading up to the event (WDLA Newsletter, Facebook page, and Festival MTK web page).



Become a Fall Festival Market Vendor! For a fee of $100, Wharton Dual Language Academy’s PTO will provide you with a 10x10 space for a table to promote your company or service. Vendors must bring their own chairs, canopies, props, etc. Since it's a family-friendly event, we encourage you to bring a game or giveaway for the kids!
