Business Sponsorship | Family Giving | Tax Deductible
We’re excited to announce this year's Community Partnerships Program—a wonderful way for families and businesses to support our school while gaining visibility within our community. This program is essential in helping fund key initiatives such as our International Baccalaureate (IB) program, field trips, and other enrichment opportunities that make Wharton Dual Language Academy unique.
Our PTO community is coming together with the shared goal of raising $300,000 to support the spending that strengthens every student’s educational experience. The support the PTO provides to our school--from IB fees to field trip transportation fees, and from movie nights to class supplies--averages out to a spend of $400 per student a year. Every contribution—big or small—makes a lasting difference when we all join in.
If you own, manage a business, or know of a business interested in partnership, we invite you to consider a partnership with us a business sponsor. To help us connect families with your business, please update your Membership Toolkit profile with your business details.
There are two main ways to get involved:

Business sponsorships for Wharton Dual Language Academy PTO are essential for providing financial support that directly impacts the quality of education our students receive. By partnering with the PTO, local businesses play a vital role in enriching the educational experience and helping students thrive. Thank you for investing in the future of our children.
* For fall marquee recognition, donation must be received by Aug 8, 2025 to guarantee full fall semester, Spring deadline will be January 5, 2026. Donors may still elect to utilize remaining portion of semester if donation is made after dates above.
^ Donor must provide banner no larger than size indicated below for each Sponsorship level
• Diamond and above - 4' x 6'
• Gold - 3' x 5'
-Shirts will be ordered and printed when the organization raises the amount necessary to purchase the shirts for all 725+ students. Any business donations after this will be recognized on spirit wear associated with subsequent events such as Fall Festival or Gala
-Subject to agreement of both parties and HISD regulations
-If you are willing to coordinate an in-kind donation with an FMV equivalent to one of our sponsorship levels please reach out to us directly at sponsorships@whartonpto.org
-Para aparecer en el letrero de otoño, la donación debe recibirse antes del 8 de agosto de 2025 para asegurar todo el semestre de otoño. La fecha límite de primavera será el 5 de enero de 2026. Si la donación se hace después de esas fechas, el donante todavía podrá aprovechar el tiempo restante del semestre.

Our first fundraiser this year is our Eagle Olympics Fundraiser! To purchase a Family Giving option please go to our Eagle Olympics Fundraiser page and pick which Family Giving Level you would like!
We are pleased to inform you that all donations are tax-deductible. Upon making a donation, you will receive a receipt for your records. Your generosity not only supports our school but also provides you with a tax benefit.
