Back to School: PTO Checklist

  • Visit whartonpto.org to check out the Fall semester calendar and so much more! Detail instructions found in graphics below. 
    • If you're new, register for Membership Toolkit (MTK) on whartonpto.org to receive the PTO newsletter and important emails
    • If you're already registered, please :
      • Update your contact information, including directory information 
      • Confirm your student's grade level is correct
      • Enter your student's teacher (student's grade must be present to receive school emails)
      • Add your student's Team Wharton t-shirt size 
  • Register for VIPS starting 8/10, so you can chaperone field trips and volunteer at the school.
  • Join your grade level WhatsApp group. Classroom chats are live and pinned to the respective grade level chat.
  • Complete the Volunteer Interest Form in MTK

 

Please update your family information in Membership Toolkit with your student's classroom teacher (home room for Middle School) and confirm the correct grade level is listed for 2025-26.

Providing your student's grade and classroom teacher ensures you receive the weekly school newsletter and grade-specific emails, earn classroom fundraising incentives, receive spirit wear orders and more.

To update your profile:

  1. Login to Membership Toolkit on whartonpto.org. (If you haven't registered yet, you can create an account here.)
  2. On the red, horizontal menu bar, click My Account, then My Forms/Paperwork.
  3. Under Contact and Student Information, click Family Information.
  4. You'll first see Parent/Guardian Information, make any updates here that are needed, then click Next Step > at the bottom of the page.
  5. You'll now see Student Information. Please make sure your student's name is listed, confirm the 2025-26 Grade is correct, and select his/her Classroom/Homeroom Teacher using the drop-down box.
  6. When you are finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
