Spring Eagle Club Information

We’re excited to announce that Wharton Eagle Clubs are back for the Spring 2026 semester! In partnership with our school and parent volunteers, these clubs offer fun, enriching activities for all Wharton students from Pre-K to 8th grade.

 

Please note, these clubs are separate from the After School Program.

 

💡 Available Clubs

We’re offering exciting clubs this semester. You can find the list of available clubs for Spring 2026 here. All clubs will meet on campus at Wharton. If you have any non vendor questions, please email contact@whartonpto.org.

 

💡 How to Register

Registration will open on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST. Sign-up and Payment will be made directly on the vendors' websites. Registration links will be available in the Jan. 6th PTO newsletter.

 

💡 Eagle Club Reminders

  • Please bring a small snack (reminder that campus is nut-free).

  • All clubs will meet their instructors in the gym.

  • Students not normally dismissed from the gym will be escorted there by a staff member.

  • There are no changing facilities available.

  • Students should wear uniforms that also meet the recommended club attire.

  • After club dismissal area will be through the main office. Please be ready to pick up student 5 minutes before dismissal time.

¡Los Clubes Águilas regresan para el semestre de primavera 2026! Con el apoyo de la escuela y padres voluntarios, ofreceremos actividades divertidas y enriquecedoras para todos los estudiantes, desde Pre-K hasta 8º grado.

 

Importante: estos clubes son independientes del Programa After School.

 

💡 Clubes Disponibles
Este semestre habrá una gran variedad de opciones. Consulta la lista de clubes aquí. Todos se realizarán en el campus de Wharton. Para dudas que no sean con los proveedores, escribe a contact@whartonpto.org.

 

💡 Cómo Registrarse
La inscripción abrirá el martes, 6 de enero de 2026 a las 6:00 PM CST. El registro y pago se harán directamente en las páginas de los proveedores. Los enlaces para inscribirse estarán disponibles en el boletín informativo de la PTO del 6 de enero.

 

💡 Recordatorios de los Clubes Águilas

  • Enviar un snack pequeño (el plantel es libre de nueces).
  • Todos los clubes se reunirán con sus instructores en el gimnasio.
  • Los estudiantes que normalmente no salen de el gimnasio serán acompañados ahí por un miembro del staff.
  • No hay vestidores disponibles.
  • Los estudiantes deben usar su uniforme, que también cumpla con la ropa recomendada para el club.
  • La salida después de los clubes será por la oficina principal. Por favor llega a recoger a tu hijo/a 5 minutos antes de la hora de salida.
