Communications Content Submission

Use this form to submit content for a Wharton Dual Language Academy communication channel (listed below). If communication is for a specific grade only, please specify in special instructions below. All content will be reviewed before it is distributed.

 

Deadlines and Guidelines:

  • Newsletter content is due by 5:00pm on Wednesday to be included in the weekly Friday email blast.
  • All other content should be submitted at least 2 days prior to when communication should be sent/posted (unless time sensitive like weather related closures, etc.).
  • Photo release is required for ALL children and adults in images.
  • Graphics
    • Newsletter and email: graphics should be in PNG or JPEG format for Membership Toolkit compatibility
    • Social media: square size is preferred for optimal viewing on Instagram. 
  • Content and graphics should be in both English and Spanish (newsletter and PTO website have translation instructions). The Translation committee is available to assist with translating or reviewing any content, if needed.


After clicking on "Save and Continue" on the form, if you are not taken to a new confirmation page, then your submission has not been accepted due to missing information. Scroll up the page to find the error message. Once successful, you will also receive an email confirmation.
