Spring Gala Auction: After Light

Dear Wharton Community,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for participating in our silent auction. Your generosity and enthusiasm mean so much to our school community. We are incredibly grateful for your support.

We still have a few wonderful items available, and we’ll be offering them for direct sale. We also have tickets remaining for some of our exciting socials, one-of-a-kind experiences, and even a raffle you can still join! You can continue supporting our school by following the *NEW* link here.

Important Next Steps:

• Auction Winners:
  • If you won an item, sign in to the auction site, use the filter ‘My Bids’, click ‘pay for your items, and then click on ‘pay now’.  See image below.
  •  Once your invoice is paid, you will receive an email with your item (if it’s a digital certificate) or instructions on where and when to pick up physical items.
• Socials & Experiences:
  • Within the next 48 hours, you will receive an email introducing you to your event host. 
  • Your host will then reach out to provide details and next steps.

Próximos pasos importantes:

• Ganadores de la subasta:
  • Si ganaste un artículo, revisa el correo electrónico asociado con tu cuenta de subasta para ver tu factura. 
  • Una vez pagada, recibirás un correo con tu artículo (si es un certificado digital) o instrucciones sobre dónde y cuándo recoger los artículos físicos.
• Convivencias y experiencias:
  • Si ganaste un artículo, inicia sesión en el sitio de la subasta, usa el filtro ‘Mis Ofertas’, haz clic en ‘Pagar tus artículos’ y luego en ‘Pagar ahora’. Ve la imagen a continuación.
  • Una vez pagada, recibirás un correo con tu artículo (si es un certificado digital) o instrucciones sobre dónde y cuándo recoger los artículos físicos.

Ha sido un verdadero placer servir como Coordinadora de la Subasta este año. Gracias nuevamente por su participación, amabilidad y constante apoyo a nuestra escuela.
