2025-26 PTO Board Election

Voting for your 2025-2026 Board is now open! Please submit your ballots here.
Here’s what to expect for the voting process:

Voting will be extended through Monday, May 26 at 8PM CDT.

Each board position will be voted on individually. The President (elected last year) and Past President (which rolls over automatically) roles will not be up for election, but there will be an opportunity to affirm those roles.

Voting will require sign-in through MTK and will not be anonymous.

Affirm: confirming the role; Yes: to vote for the candidate in the seat; No: to vote against the candidate for the seat; Abstain: to be counted in the voter tally but decide to withhold a vote for or against

Due to the platform's configuration, Membership Toolkit is set to count only one vote per family, regardless of separate logins. This means that once a vote is cast from any account associated with your family, the system will prevent additional votes from other linked accounts.
We recognize that not all members are aware of this final point. The election reset was done in short order and things were bound to be missed--we hope you can extend us grace on this point.
