Eagle 2025 Olympics: Together We Win: Fundraising for a Brighter Future

As we kick off another exciting school year, we're reaching out to ask for your support in our Eagle Olympics goal of raising $125,000 during the 2025 school year. The funds raised will support a variety of essential programs and initiatives, including:

  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Program, STEM, Music, and Library initiatives

  • Field trips and educational enrichment programs like Prelude Music, Writers in the Schools, and Take the Stage arts curriculum

  • Community events like our Family Campout, Movie Nights, and Fall Festival

Our goal is to enrich the educational experience for every student while minimizing the number of fundraisers. We aim to raise approximately $400 per student, and your generous contributions can make a significant impact.


Eagle 2025 Winter Olympics

We are excited to launch the Eagle 2025 Winter Olympics, an online fundraising campaign! This is a great way to involve your family, friends, and community in supporting our school.

  • Our Olympic fundraising is kicking off!
  • The campaign will end with a school-wide Winter Games celebration on Friday, October 1st, during our students' ancillary time.

Throughout these two weeks, students will have the opportunity to participate in school-wide milestones and celebrations. Stay tuned for exciting Admin Challenges that will be unlocked with each milestone!

 

 

➡️ CALL TO ACTION 🏅

We need your help to continue offering these valuable programs and events. Without your support, we cannot sustain these initiatives, as they are fully funded through PTO donations. 

  1. Register at WhartonPTO.org and update your Olympian's teacher, personal profile and add at least 2 emails of family or friends. 🎦 See this video for a detailed How-to tutorial.
  2. Make a donation and participate in our online fundraiser to involve family, friends, and your community. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.

Corporate Matching and Volunteer Grants:

Many companies offer matching gift programs and volunteer grants. Please check with your employer to see if they will match your donation or provide grants for volunteer hours. This is a fantastic way to double your impact and support our school even further. If you need assistance with the process, feel free to contact us.

 

Tax-Deductible Donations:

We are pleased to inform you that all donations are tax-deductible. Upon making a donation, you will receive a receipt for your records. Your generosity not only supports our school but also provides you with a tax benefit.

Queridas familias de Wharton,
¡Arrancamos otro emocionante año escolar! Y queremos contar con su apoyo para alcanzar nuestra meta para las Olimpiadas de las Águilas de recaudar $125,000 durante el semestre de otoño 2025 para nuestra adorada escuela.
Estos fondos recaudados apoyarán programas e iniciativas esenciales como:

Olimpiadas de las Ágilas - Invierno 2025

¡Estamos emocionados de lanzar nuestra campaña de recaudación en línea Olimpiadas de las Ágilas - Invierno 2025! Esta es una excelente manera de involucrar a su familia, amigos y comunidad para apoyar a nuestra escuela.

  • Inicio ahora

  • Cierre con celebración: viernes 1 de octubre, durante el tiempo de materias especiales (ancillary) de nuestros estudiantes.

Durante estas dos semanas, los estudiantes podrán participar en logros y celebraciones a nivel escolar. ¡Estén atentos a los divertidos retos de los administradores, que se desbloquearán con cada meta alcanzada!

LLAMADO A LA ACCIÓN
Necesitamos de su ayuda para seguir ofreciendo estos programas y eventos. Sin su apoyo, no podríamos sostener estas iniciativas, ya que dependen totalmente de las donaciones del PTO.

  1. Regístrate en WhartonPTO.org, actualiza la información del maestro de tu estudiante, tu perfil personal y agrega al menos 2 correos electrónicos de familiares o amigos. (🎦 Mira este video con las instrucciones paso a paso).
  2. Haz tu donación y participa en nuestra recaudación en línea para involucrar a tu familia, amigos y comunidad. ¡Cada aporte, sin importar el tamaño, cuenta!

Donaciones con Doble Impacto (Corporate Matching y Volunteer Grants):
Muchas empresas ofrecen programas para igualar donaciones o dar becas por horas de voluntariado. Pregunta en tu lugar de trabajo si cuentan con estos beneficios. Es una manera fantástica de duplicar tu impacto. Si necesitas ayuda con el proceso, no dudes en contactarnos.

Donaciones deducibles de impuestos:
Todas las donaciones son deducibles de impuestos. Al donar, recibirás un recibo para tus registros. Tu generosidad no solo apoya a la escuela, sino que también te brinda un beneficio fiscal.
