Wharton Hospitality Holiday Baked Treats Exchange 2025

​Join us as we show our Wharton teachers and staff some extra sweetness this holiday season with a baked treat exchange!

  • What to Bring: 1-2 dozen of your favorite holiday baked goods to share.
  • Drop off: Please drop off your treats to the front office by 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 4th.
  • Volunteer: We are also in need of volunteers to help with the treat exchange on Friday, December 5th!

Treat Contributions

Bring 1-2 dozen of your favorite holiday baked goods to share (cookies, bars, brownies, breads, chocolate bark, pralines, etc.). Please note any special dietary considerations (gluten/dairy/nut free, etc.). Treats should be dropped off to the front office by 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 4th. Thank you!

Volunteers to Help Distribute Treats

We need volunteers to help set up and display the baked goods so our staff can come make their selections. We'll be setting up, helping to package treats, refilling selections, keeping things tidy, and cleaning up. Reminder that all volunteers in this role must be VIPS approved.
