Fall Festival

Our annual Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, November 2, 3-6 p.m. at Wharton DLA. 

We need you to help make this beloved fall tradition a success. 

Call for Lead Volunteers
If you're interested in being a lead volunteer, we could use help in the following areas. Please email Jessica Hanohano about the area you're most interested in at fallfestival@whartonpto.org. 

• Food Sales Coordinator (food trucks and drinks)
  • Help setup of Wharton food booth, organize the volunteers, make sure supplies are good during festival, direct food vendors where to setup
• Mercado Coordinator
  
  • Manage the market for the kids to buy stuff, organize volunteers, help procure market items
• Ticket & T-Shirt Sales Coordinator
  • Help organize presale packets, distribute presale ticket packets, sell tickets & shirts

Shift Volunteers

In the coming weeks we'll post a sign-up form for volunteer shifts throughout the Fall Festival. There will be opportunities to volunteer with food sales, games, mercado, crafts and more!
