Wharton DLA's 14th Annual Spring Gala

Join us for WDLA's Spring Gala on Saturday, May 3rd for a magical adults-only evening. Celebrate the successes of this school year while supporting our incredible students. 

What to Expect:

  • An Evening of Wonder: Join us at The Juliana for an enchanting night filled with community, celebration, and giving.
    • The Juliana | 1001 W 18th St, Houston, TX 77008
  • Fundraising for the Future: This year, we aim to raise over $70,000 to directly support educational programs for this academic year (24'-25') and the next (25'-26'), ensuring continued enrichment for our students. Funds will go toward:
    • International Baccalaureate Program: Covering certification, technology, and teacher training.

    • STEM, Music, and Library Initiatives: Enhancing educational resources and opportunities.

    • Field Trips and Enrichment Programs: Supporting experiences such as Prelude Music lessons, Writers in the Schools workshops, Alley Theater programs, and the Take the Stage arts curriculum.

  • Auction Opportunities:
    • Silent Auction: Open a few weeks before the Gala, offering a wide array of unique items and experiences.
    • Live Auction: Experience the thrill of bidding on exclusive items and packages during the Gala.
  • Donation Opportunities: We are seeking stellar donations for our auctions, including:
    • Unique items and experiences
    • Themed baskets
    • Socials and experience tickets (available for purchase a few weeks before the Gala)
